Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration: To register for our school holiday program, parents/guardians must complete and submit the registration form by the 7th of April, 2023. The registration form must include the child's name, age, medical information, emergency contacts, and any other requested information.

  2. Fees: The fee for the school holiday program is $350 per child for 5 days. Payment must be made in full prior to the child's attendance at the program. Refunds are available for cancellations made at least One week prior to the start of the program.

  3. Schedule: The school holiday program will run from 11/04/2023 to 21/04/2023, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3pm. The program will include a variety of activities, including STEM Kits and Robotics, AR and VR, and Coding.

  4. Attendance: Children are expected to attend all sessions of the school holiday program. If a child is absent, parents/guardians should notify the program staff as soon as possible. 

  5. Conduct: Children are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Bullying, harassment, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. If a child violates the program's code of conduct, they may be asked to leave the program without refund.

  6. Medical Information: Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information for their child, including any allergies or medical conditions. Program staff will administer medication as instructed by parents/guardians.

  7. Liability: The school holiday program is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the program, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm. Parents/guardians are responsible for any medical expenses incurred by their child during the program.

  8. Communication: The school holiday program will communicate with parents/guardians via email or phone, as specified on the registration form. Parents/guardians will receive updates on the program schedule and any changes or cancellations.

  9. Termination: The school holiday program reserves the right to terminate a child's enrollment for any reason, including non-payment, violation of the code of conduct, or repeated absences.

  10. Changes: The school holiday program may make changes to the program schedule or content if necessary, and will provide notice to parents/guardians in a timely manner. If a change significantly alters the program, parents/guardians may receive a pro-rated refund for any sessions missed as a result of the change.
